Seems an exercise in meter. <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><em>I had this as an unfinished poem, but I don\u2019t know where it\u2019s going \u2014 so I\u2019ve decided to call it finished. <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>I went to Dunkirk shopping mall<br \/>\nAnd saw an actor doing mime<br \/>\nAmid the beauty of it all<br \/>\nThe subtle move, the flashing ball<br \/>\nThe make believe, the hidden wall<br \/>\nThe silent poem, soundless rhyme<br \/>\nA voice so near and yet so small<br \/>\nAnd sending shivers down my spine &#8212;<br \/>\n&#8220;Beware, my friend, the Edge of Time&#8221;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It&#8217;s a short day since we spent the day in Davis watching Will&#8217;s soccer team play in, and win, a tournament.
